Ensure daily Generate Quotation task
Ensure daily any administrative assignments
Ensure daily accounting transactions are properly recorded
Assists in any administrative assignments & handle general administrative tasks
To maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
Responsible for assisting with preparation of monthly report
Responsible for assisting with preparation and reconciliation general bank statements


Motivated, professional and well spoken, with excellent administrative skills
Meticulous with excellent time management skills and ability to juggle priorities

  • Generate and qualify leads with sales target
  • Develop sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets
  • Develop and make presentation of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Effective time management, planning and organizing your own schedule prospect to secure new business
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Responsible for conducting high-quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customer
  • Network and manage relations with both new and existing clients
  • Proactively identify more potential customers and develop more business opportunities through quality and professional sales processes with objective to meet sales targets
  • To ensure KPI is able to meet the department target
  • Working at outside environment

1. Daily generate new customer relationship with company.

2. Daily follow-up customer for Quotation, Feedback and Marketing Segment.

3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

4. Deliver presentation at seminar and workshop organise by company.

5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

6. Daily meet customer at prospect site – UKM, UiTM, USM and all research institute.

7. Take the extra mile to engage with customers.

8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field

2. Have at least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service

3. Excellent written and communication skills

4. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

5. Required Skill(s) – Resolving Conflict, Listening, Phone, Negotiating, Organisational, People Oriented and Problem Solving.

6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

7. Willing to travel.
